Specification	Description
MIL-C-22992	Cylindrical Heavy Threaded Duty Quick Disconnect Classes C, J and R Solder Contacts These rugged duty power connectors utilize the MIL-C-5015 insert arrangements and a double start threaded used with a 5 keyway shell. They are available in 12 shell sizes – 12 thru 44 (.985" to 3.172" diameter) and have 112 insert arrangements. There are 16 shell Types available. Insert arrangements contain 1 to 104 contacts with sizes from 16 to 1/0. Connectors are intended for use with jacketed cable and backshells (Left hand thread M85049 Types) must be ordered separately.
