Specification	Description
MIL-C-5015	Cylindrical Threaded Connectors, Solder Contacts This series of connectors has been in use since 1939 and through the years their performance has been upgraded. It is considered a low cost, reliable connector. It is available in 19 shell sizes – 8 thru 48 (.844" to 3.218"diameter). Contact sizes are 16 to 1/0 AWG. There are over 250 military insert arrangements available with a maximum of 85 size 16 contacts. Connectors are available in environmental, non-environmental, firewall and hermetic classes in more than 8 shell styles.
